Every course, and every interaction with our students is an opportunity to continuously refine our approach to support and guidance. By listening to the feedback our students give us, we have used this to provide a high-quality service all the time, every time.

We take our responsibility to help and support you through your chosen qualification extremely seriously, so much so that we put our reputation it.

We believe in providing each and every student with the right information, support, guidance, and resources they need to succeed, without compromise.

Ask Anything

From the moment you enrol on your course, you'll be assigned your personal tutor. They will serve as your primary contact throughout your studies and will always be ready to help you. Whether its a burning question relating to your course, or some career-orientated advice, ask and it will be answered.

If you do have a question about your course, it's always best to pick up the phone or drop them an email. There's always somebody able to help you.

Limitless Support

Access our support systems as much as you want, or feel you need. Our support is free from time limits, conditions or restrictions. Upon enrolment, support tutors will speak with you to determine your specific needs. Thereafter, you can have as much or as little contact and support as you need.

Support is available by phone, email, text, and virtually between 9am-7pm 7 days a week. Unfortunately, response times at weekends may be a little longer as this is when most of our practical clinics are delivered.

We understand what you may need to help you throughout your studies and we do our utmost to ensure we deliver it, every time.

We invest more money and time into our learning and development than any other part of our business. It's important to us to ensure that we support our existing and potential students to a high-standard and protect our reputation as a mark of quality and value.

On enrolment, each student receives their login to Canvas, our e-learning platform. Canvas is accessible 24/7 and contains all of the online course materials, lectures, resources, marking, and details about the practical clinics.

Our support tutors are diligent and proactive in their approach, so they'll be no long response times for enquiries, questions or marking.

Unlike GP appointments, our support calls last for 20-30 minutes and aren't rushed. Your support tutor will try to gauge what stage of learning you're at, clarify any areas you're struggling with, and then advise some effective strategies to keep you progressing through. It's always better to speak with your support tutor regularly, although for some, we understand this may not be possible or necessary.

To us, there's no such thing as a stupid question.

Our courses and online sessions are presented by leading physiotherapists, sports therapists and academics, ensuring you get the best learning experience possible. Lectures and content is delivered in manageable portions to avoid overload and so that you can study at your own pace.

One of the many great benefits to 'home study', or 'distance learning' is the ability to access learning materials on the go, when and where you need them. Our e-learning platform is incredibly versatile. Course units are broken down into smaller, more manageable chunks to help manage your workload but also track your progress. This flexibility allows your tutor to advise, provide feedback or identify areas of the course that still require completing.
