We don’t engage in discounting, bargaining, or deal-making. Our price promise ensures that all our students pay the same fair price for their courses and qualifications.

    Quality of training and rigor of assessment are our key priorities and will never be sacrificed for profit. We keep our courses affordable to make them accessible to all regardless of their financial situation.

    Our course fees and the various payment options will always be clearly published on our website. We will never withhold these behind an enquiry wall to force you to get in touch.

  • We will always be honest about our courses, accreditations, and requirements.

    We’ll never exaggerate the benefits or underestimate study times to persuade you to enrol. Additionally, we wont ever use misleading statements or information about our services or accreditations that may also influence your decision making. Everything we say about our services, courses and qualifications will be entirely accurate and available for scrutiny.

  • We don’t engage in high-pressure sales tactics, DFS-style ‘sales’, or hefty discounts.

    More established training providers that trade on price alone will often increase their starting price and apply a heavy discount to create the illusion they’re giving you an unrefusable deal.


    We understand that changing careers or setting up a second income is a big decision and can be confusing, which is why we believe you should have the time to consider everything on balance and make an informed choice without constant calls or messages from a sales team making you feel like you’re missing out on a never to be repeated opportunity (NTBRO). Time-sensitive discounts are nothing more than a high-stress sales tactic to get a sale and we just won’t do it.

  • Everyone pays the same, no exceptions.

    We treat all our customers equally and equitably. We will never give other students a ‘special offer’ that enables them to get the same products and services as you for less, just because they enrolled at a different time.


    Outside our prompt payment discount (5%) and our standard multi-course discount (10% off additional courses booked at the same time), we don’t discount our courses.

Our Pricing Model


It’s important that students and potential students understand why certain courses cost more than others. In the interests of total transparency, we’ve outlined our pricing strategy rationale below.


Our services, courses, and qualifications are reasonably priced, with a variety of flexible and 0% interest free payment options available to help fund your training.


Generally speaking, the longer our courses are and/or the more practical clinic days there are, the more the course would typically cost due to our delivery costs being higher.


Areas of the UK, such as the south do tend to cost more to deliver in-person courses than those in the north, so when looking at training venue locations, we factor in our delivery costs, accessibility via both public and personal transport, and your associated travel costs.


Although it’s convenient to have a TheraGym training venue nearby, our practical clinics are run in specific locations to avoid unnecessary costs to us or you. This enables to maintain the same high-level of quality and value whilst ensuring our course fees remain affordable to all.


Here are some of the factors that affect our pricing model:

  • - Delivery Method

    Our online only courses are naturally more competitively priced than our face-to-face practical clinics simply because our delivery costs are higher in terms of staff and venue hire.


    We only work with the best health and fitness educators in the industry so it’s only right that we pay our team according to their skills, qualifications, and experience.


    Our training venues are premium health clubs, and we use these to maximise the quality of your learning experience which is another key reason why our face-to-face training costs a little more than our online only options.

  • - Learning Resources

    Many providers have opted for a completely digital model where all manuals and materials are only available online. We continue to supply both print and digital manuals and resources because we our students learn differently; hence, the availability of resources reflects this. Costs of printing and delivery are factored into our course fees, so they’ll be no unexpected ‘additional fees’.

  • - Subject Speciality

    Our specialist courses like the Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy requires very specific space and equipment, meaning the cost of delivering this type of course is slightly greater.

  • - Awarding Body

    Some awarding bodies charge more for their qualifications than others. That’s why we opted for an awarding body renowned for their consistently low fees which are factored into our course fees.

Price Matching

Regardless of the course and its delivery method, no two training courses are the same, even if they result in the same qualification.


Matching the price of one product or service against another is a common sales tactic used by some training providers to win more business. We’ve outlined our position on price matching below.


We’re aware that many training providers in the health and fitness industry participate in heavy discounting, price matching, and ‘buy now or miss out’ persuasion tactics to generate sales. However, we believe that if a training provider can slash 35-40% off if you enrol today, it speaks volumes about their pricing model.


We are proud to be one of the most low-cost training providers in the industry. When you factor in the extensive range of learning materials, tutor support, contact hours with medical and clinical experts, and added value, we certainly offer the most value than many, if not all other providers in the sector.
